• Free unpacking, assembly, and installationOur delivery staff will provide free assembly and installation upon furniture delivery. Customers may be asked to install optional shelves and other accessories.Some products are not eligible for this service.
• Free hoisting delivery to 2nd and 3rd floorsWe offer hoisting delivery from balconies or verandas. If two delivery staff members cannot perform the manual hoisting, an additional fee will be charged.
• Furniture moving within the same house supportedWe provide furniture moving services within the same room or between floors for a fee. Service may not be available in cases where moving is difficult.

OTHER SERVICE

• Furniture Removal ServiceWe offer a paid removal service for furniture that becomes unnecessary due to replacement purchases at our store. The quantity of items to be removed must be equivalent to the amount of furniture purchased. Unwanted furniture will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that we do not accept furniture brought directly to our store for disposal.
• Long-Term Storage Service (Up to 6 Months)If immediate delivery is not possible due to marriage, new construction, renovation, or other reasons, we will responsibly store your items. (Please note that some products may not be eligible for storage.)
• Comprehensive After-Sales ServiceEach store is staffed with specialists to ensure a prompt and reliable after-sales support system. If you experience any issues with furniture purchased from our company that you are currently using, please feel free to contact us.
• Payment MethodsWe accept cash, bank transfer, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, TS3 JCB), and installment payments (through our designated finance company).
